Where do our hydrosols come from?

Our brand is based in Hong Kong and our hydrosols are sourced from certified organic farms and distilled in the USA using only 100% fresh plant material.

To preserve their living nutrients, we air-freight them directly to Hong Kong in small batches.
Why do we use fresh instead of dried plants?

We prioritize potency (the healing power of plants) over convenience. Most mass-produced hydrosols use dried herbs because they are easier to store and transport. However, drying causes plants to lose their most vital essence.

We do things differently:

  • Cellular Water: We capture the "living water" inside the plant cells, preserving volatile nutrients lost during drying.

  • Superior Aroma: No "hay-like" smell. Just the pure, vibrant scent of a garden at dawn.

  • Maximum Potency: Fresh distillation retains the full spectrum of antioxidants and micro-essential oils for peak skin repair.
Hydrosol vs. Essential Oil?

Essential oils sometimes are too concentrated for direct skin contact. Hydrosols are water-based, gentle, and can be sprayed directly on the skin. They mostly are safe for all ages.
Primary Distillate vs. By-product?

We offer Primary Distillates. We keep the essential oil molecules inside the hydrosol for maximum potency (the healing power of plants).
Why is the scent slightly different each time?

Nature isn't a factory. Scent varies based on rainfall, soil, and weather. This variation is proof of a 100% natural product with zero synthetic fragrances.
Safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Hydrosols are incredibly soothing for sensitive skin. We always recommend a quick patch test first to ensure total compatibility.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding?

Our hydrosols are 100% natural and gentle, but every pregnancy is unique.

We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or a healthcare professional before use to ensure these botanicals are right for you.

As your skin can be more sensitive during this time, please always perform a patch test first.
Storage & Shelf Life?

Store: In a cool, dark place. Refrigeration is best for freshness.

Life: 9-12 months unopened. Use within 3–6 months after opening.
